Irene Lois Miller, 90, passed away March 2, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to George and Minne (Theall) Elliott on October 22, 1916 in St. John, New Brunswick.Irene worked as a nurse in New Rochelle, NY. She was made a citizen of the United States on November 22, 1944. She enjoyed traveling, fishing and dancing. Her and her husband had been coming to Crazy Horse Campground for the past 28 years.Irene leaves behind her best friend and beloved husband, Jefferson Monroe Miller; sons, Jim Prokopy of Fruita, CO and Ralph Prokopy of Denver, CO; daughter, Barbara Wise of Grant Pass, OR; brother, Ralph Elliott of Sussex, New Brunswick and many grand and great grandchildren.Donations may be made in Irene's name to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
