Obituary of Ellen JACKSON

Ellen Grace Jackson, 84, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2007, after fighting a good fight with cancer. She was born on June 16, 1922 in Denver, CO; to George and Grace Krauss. Ellen moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; in 1996 after living most of her life in California. She had a quick wit, warm smile and will be remembered for her love of family. Ellen felt that her family was one of her greatest accomplishments and she was very proud of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She always had a story to tell about one of them. Ellen also loved to crochet and provide wonderful gifts for family and friends. She will be missed by all that loved her.Ellen is survived by her sons, Lee Jackson of Kelowna, B.C.,Canada, Gene Jackson of Lake Isabella, CA; Roy Jackson of Mound, TX; daughter June Walters of Lake Havasu City, AZ; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Frank of 51 years, her brothers, Robert and Arman, grandson Jimmy and many family members and friends.A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA.
