Obituary of Marie FRITZAL

Marie Catherine Fritzal, 95, passed away April 9, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Emile and Harriet (Rowles) Lambert on September 7, 1911 in Los Angeles, CA.Marie married her best friend Del Fritzal 44 years ago. She was a good companion and loving wife. Marie liked gardening, yard work, reading, music and enjoyed doing puzzles. Prior to moving to Arizona, Marie lived in Palm Springs for 50 years. She was a music teacher running her own business under the name of Marie Fritzal Piano Teaching. She was a member of the California Music Teachers Association.Marie leaves behind her beloved husband, Del; son, Richard Merz of Lake Havasu; brother, Robert (Fordie) Collis of Dayne, OH; one sister, Sister Helen Collis of Indiana; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Joe Merz and grandson, Dickie Merz.Memorial services will be held at a later date.Donations may be made in Marie's name to the Western Arizona Humane Society, 1100 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
