Obituary of Philene CLEMENTS

Philene Rae Clements, 81, passed away April 23, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Phil and Ardys Olson on August 23, 1925 in Rice Lake, WI.Philene was an RN for 45 years at the Community Hospital in Munster, IN. She married her best friend Warren Clements on April 16, 1947 and together they made Lake Havasu their home 10 years ago from Oshkosh, WI. Philene was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had a great sense of humor and a positive outlook on life. She was a very dedicated nurse and loved reading, knitting, cooking and enjoyed traveling.Philene is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Warren of Lake Havasu; son, Doug Clements of Lincoln, CA; daughters, Sue Feller of Moreno Valley, CA and Sandy Plank of Oshkosh, WI; sister, Jean Lewis of Hayward, WI and seven grandchildren.Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 26, 2007, 1:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
