Donald Eli Curtis, 78, passed away on May 5, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born on February 23, 1929 in Buffalo Center, Iowa to William Henry and Bernice "Tesdahl" Curtis.Donald moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 6 years ago from Arvada, CO. He worked as a clerk for the Department of Interior in Denver, Colorado for 30 years and was a proud veteran of the U S Army in World War II. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Evelyn Marie Curtis of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sons David Curtis and wife Karen of Arvada, CO; Anthony Curtis and wife Debra of Arvada, CO; Kevin Curtis and wife Sandra of Lake Havasu City, AZ; and daughter Yvonne Demers and husband Lee of Ashtabula, CO; grandchildren, Cory Curtis and wife Nikki; Micky Curtis and wife Heather; Andrew Curtis; John Fletcher; Robert Fletcher; Melissa Curtis Ortega and husband Anthony; Brian Curtis and wife Darcy; Laura Curtis; Krista Curtis; Dalton Curtis; Breanna Demers; Ashley Demers; Christina Demers; Brenda Miller and husband Nick; and John Phelps; great grandchildren, Harley Ray Phelps; Nathan Harder Jr., Dylan Curtis; Reegan Curtis and Arianna Ortega. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Olinger Mortuary in Wheat Ridge, CO.
