Lois Koch, 85, died in Lake Havasu City AZ on May 5,2007.Lois was born February 28, 1922, to Harry and Alvina Hazelhurst in Somers, MT.Lois was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.Lois had a career with the Federal Aviation Administration and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. She sang in church choirs, played the piano, and participated in square and round dancing competitions. She loved handicrafts, needlework and sewing.She is survived by her husband Ermol Koch of Lake Havasu City; sons Bruce (Sharon) Jameson of Poulsbo, WA and Larry (Joanne) Jameson of Cheney, WA; daughters Sandra (Bruce) Newgard of Silverdale, WA, Joyce Schwartz in Tacoma, WA and Jean Edwards, Spokane, WA; grandchildren Kent (Jill) Jameson, Amanda Edwards, Eric Schwartz, Nadine (Patrick) Minns and Cassie (Roy) Cain; great grandchildren Joanna and Geneva Minns and Ashleigh and Jake Cain.Lois is also survived by Ermol's five children, 11 grandchildren and 8 great¬grandchildren.Preceding Lois in death were her husband Robert Chesney Jameson, granddaughter Jennifer Jameson and grandson Tony Jameson.Memorial donations may be sent to Hospice of Havasu, Inc., PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405Viewing will be Thursday, May 10 from 6-8 p.m. at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, 21 Riviera Blvd. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 11, at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 504 N Acoma, Lake Havasu City.
