Robert Paul Hartman, 80, died of kidney failure on Sunday, June 3, 2007 at his home in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on February 18, 1927 in Kansas City, MO; to Paul C. and Elaine Anne (Fazio) Hartman. Robert moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 18 years ago from Houston, TX. He was a branch manager of Employers Reinsurance Corp. in Houston, TX; for 17 years. Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy, WWII. He loved golfing, boating and enjoyed playing bridge. The lake and golf course is what brought Robert to Lake Havasu City. He also loved his family and friends and especially his shelties all named Kellie.Robert is survived by his loving wife Ava Hartman, sons, Rex Hartmant (Carla) of Burleson, TX; Dan Hartman (Robyn) of Overland Park, KS; brother, Richard Hartman (Carla) of Arvada, CO; four grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2007 at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Words of comfort and inspiration will be expressed by Pastor Chad Garrison.Rather than flowers, his family has requested donations be made in Robert's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
