Charles Herman Stevens, 83, passed away June 4, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Herman and Helen (Silvers) Stevens on September 15, 1923 in Rochester, NY.Charles served under the direction of the United States Army during World War II. He was stationed in the Philippines. On September 30, 1948, he married his best friend Florence Menzner and together they made Lake Havasu their home 20 years ago from Honeoye Falls, NY. He worked for Wilmot Castle Co. as an experimental machinist in Henrietta, NY for 43 years. Charles was a very dedicated husband and father.Charles leaves behind his beloved wife of almost 59 years, Florence; daughter, Sharon Anne Stevens of Port Orford, OR and brother-in-law, Edward Menzner of Rochester, NY.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
