June E. Connors, of St. George, Utah, passed away on Oct 23, 2013. She was the daughter of Harry and Helen Ellsworth, born in Springboro, PA on June 8, 1937. June was loved by many and will be greatly missed. June is survived by her companion Loren Savage of St. George, and her family, daughters, Kelly and husband David Pflaum, Kara Connors, Kristy Connors, Kim Connors and her companion Rick Henry, all of York, PA. She also leaves her grandsons Sam Ferro (son of Kara); Jack and James Lacovitch (sons of Kristy); her step-grandson Josh Pflaum, and children of Rick Henry who live with Kim and Rick: Whitney, Kyle and Alex; also her brother Don Ellsworth and his wife Sandy of Girard, PA; brothers- and sisters in-law and numerous nieces and nephews; and Loren's daughter Lauri and sons Kurtis and Matthew of California and their families. June was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Charles V. Connors, her parents Helen and Harry Ellsworth, and her brother Jack Ellsworth of Meadville, PA. June attended Grove City College. June and Chuck moved to York, PA in 1967 where they raised their four daughters. She worked over the years for her father as a dental assistant, for Edinboro University, and for several companies including Duplex Industries and 1447 Dental Associates in York. June was an avid bridge player and member of the community at Sun River in St. George, UT. She was very sociable and enjoyed traveling and spending time with friends and family. June was a volunteer at the Dove Center which supports victims of domestic violence and rape in St. George, UT. A celebration of June's life will be planned in the future by her family.
