Obituary of Tonya SCOTT

Tonya Renee Scott, 43, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on September 4, 1963 in San Bernardino, CA.Tonya truly and unconditionally loved her husband Glenn. She leaned on him for comfort, support and growth in life. They've spent 27 wonderful years together expressing a relationship most of us envy. Tonya followed the call of the Lord and enjoyed praising him at her church, Christ Alive. Tonya's favorite past time was bowling, where she met a lot of friends she considered family. She enjoyed talking on the phone with her children and hearing about the milestones discovered by her grandsons. Tonya had a sweet smile and sensitive heart, willing to go great lengths to comfort you and make you laugh. She always saw the good in everyone and made sure when you met her you never met a stranger. Tonya is survived by her loving husband Glenn Scott, son Glennie Scott of Springfield, OR; daughters, Shannon Copple of Eugene, OR; Shelby Scott of Lake Havasu City, AZ; parents, Bill and Sue McComas of Lake Havasu City, AZ; brothers, Troy, Timmy and Tyson McComas and many other brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends she met along the way, sisters, Kari and Tammy McComas and many "Scott" sisters, grandchildren, Payton, Josie, Alex and Gavin, grandparents, Bill and Bea McComas and Sonny and Florence Duke.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.
