Randy Howard Gaston, 71, passed away July 3, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Ed and Opal (Moon) Gaston on July 16, 1935 in Wewoka, OK.Randy and his beloved bride, Dorothy Herr exchanged wedding vows on July 14, 1956 and together they made Lake Havasu their home 10 years ago from Vancouver, WA. Randy worked for Wayne Dalton Garage Doors as a mechanic in Portland, OR for 40 years. He served under the direction of the United States Air Force at the end of the Korean War. Randy liked to fish, quad riding, boating, crafts, painting pictures and rocks. He really enjoyed being around his dogs. Randy was a member of the V.F.W.Randy leaves behind is beloved wife of 50 years, Dorothy Gaston of Lake Havasu; sons, Skeeter Gaston of Parker, AZ, Tim Gaston of Lake Havasu, Robert Gaston of Klickitat, WA, Todd (Amy) Gaston of Richland, WA, Allen (Pam) Gaston of La Center, WA and Woody (Tanya) Gaston of Goldendale, WA; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.Donations may be made in Randy's name to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
