Obituary of Christopher BLACKBURN

Christopher "Chris" Michael Blackburn, 37, passed away July 8, 2007 in Kingman, AZ. He was born on April 3, 1970 in Boulder, CO.Chris worked for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad in Needles, CA as a Conductor. He married his best friend Vicky Leiker on February 10, 1997 and together they made Lake Havasu their home 5 years ago from Gillette, WY. Chris leaves behind his beloved wife of 10 years, Vicky Blackburn of Lake Havasu; two sons, Daniel and Conner Blackburn of Lake Havasu; parents, Ginni Lipka of Green River, WY, Rick Lipka of Gillette, WY, Mike and Lynn Blackburn of Westminster, CO; brother, Jason Lipka of Green River, WY; three sisters, Jennifer Melvin, Mandy Lipka and Erin Lipka, all of Green River, WY and grandmother, Marabel Gates of Sheridan, WY.Services will be held at a later date in Wyoming.In lieu of flowers, donations in Chris' name can be made to any local youth sports programs.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
