Raymond I. Campbell, 83, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born in Steubenville, OH; to John and Emma Campbell.Raymond moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 12 years ago from Palmdale, CA. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Raymond later met the love of his life Pauline and they were married on May 1, 1947 in Yuma, AZ. They lived in Ontario, CA; where they had two beautiful children and later moved to Palmdale, CA; where he worked for Northrop Aircraft for 30 years. Raymond was a family man who loved and cared for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. Nothing made him more happy than to be with his "babies". He was a loving and caring man with unbelievable strength, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.Raymond is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Pauline, daughter, Linda Giesen and husband Chris of Lake Havasu City, AZ; son, Raymond Campbell and wife Marie of Texas, brother, Leonard Campbell and wife Jo of Lake Havasu City, AZ; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.Condolences and thoughts can be made to his family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
