Corrine "Cori" S. Snell, 72, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ; with her loving family at her side. She was born on June 24, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY; to Morris and Fay (Scheer) Smith.Cori was a 24 year resident of Lake Havasu City, AZ; after moving here from Petersburg, VA. She worked as a bookkeeper for her husband, Henry M. Snell M. D., in Lake Havasu City, AZ; for 15 years. Cori loved to travel all over the world. Cori is survived by her loving husband, Henry M. Snell; sons, Jeffrey K. Backerman of Concord, MA; Stephen B. Backerman of Albuquerque, NM; daughters, Melissa Lee Snell-Wheeler and Jennifer Snell-Blohm both of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Glenda Birns of New York City, NY; and three grandchildren.A private memorial service was held.Contributions can be made in Cori's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
