Ward H. Davison, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on November 22, 1934 in Seattle, WA. Of Ward's 72 years, the last 39 were spent being active in the Lake Havasu community…He never stood still for a moment. Ward owned Davison's Vaccum and Sewing Center for 35 years, and was affectionately known around town as "The Ward Man". In 1999, Ward established the Elks Yacht Club and became their first commodore. As such, he organized many successful fundraisers for local charities. Ward's passion for life was evident in how he took care of his friends, his family, his business and how he loved boating golfing and his yard.Ward is survived by his soulmate, Marge Hannon of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughters, Sherry Wilson of Florence, OR; Christy Davison of Sacramento, CA: Glori Elam of Seattle, WA; Celeste Gregory Gregory of Tacoma, WA; step-children, Janet Dubois of Redmond, WA; Dick Starwalt of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sister, Peggy Joy Jenkins of Sedona, AZ; four grandchildren, one great grandchild, a niece and a nephew. An Elks of Sorrow will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2007 at the B.P.O. Elks Lodge #2399, Lake Havasu City, AZ. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Ward's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
