Obituary of Barbara BROWN

Barbara May Brown, 91, passed away September 13, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Ernest and Blanche (Utterback) Bashor on August 21, 1916 in Pilot Rock, OR.Barbara has been a resident of Arizona for the past 82 years, moving to Lake Havasu 4 years ago. She was a member of the Vis-A-Wen Women's club, as well as being one of their past presidents. She also counted votes at elections during election time and loved taking care of her grandkids.Barbara leaves behind her loving family, son, Ernest T. Brown; daughter Virginia Lee Havins; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ted C. Brown; son, Walter E. Brown and two sisters, Myrtle Wells and Lola Dean Joneward.Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 18, 2007, 9:00 AM at Brown's Private Family Cemetery in Salome, AZ.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
