Joe Ben Covington passed away on September 23, 2015 at 70 years of age in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to James and Suzie Covington on September 1, 1945 in Dalhart, TX. He was a mechanic and truck driver. He enjoyed prospecting.
Joe is survived by wife of 24 years Judy Covington of Ehrenberg, AZ, his sons, Clifford Covington of Baird, TX, Joe Covington Jr. of Russelle, AR and David Covington of Baird, TX; daughters, Janet Salazar of Miles, TX, Sheila Olvera of Russelville, AR and Charlot Mendez of Baird, TX; 21 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Suzie Covington; children, Benj, Joann and Gene.
