Deborah Kay McDermott, 49, passed away October 6, 2007 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on September 17, 1958 in Omaha, NE.Deborah, or Bugz as she was known to her friends, made Lake Havasu her home 3 years ago from O'Neill, NE. She worked as a waitress at Denny's in Lake Havasu.Deborah leaves behind her beloved family, daughter Brandi (Tony) Morrow of Amelia, NE; parents Frankie and Wilma Buckles of Lake Havasu; brother, Don Buckles of Canoga Park, CA; sister Martha O'Hara of Valentine, NE and one grandson Tad.Memorial services will be held Monday, October 15, 2007, 3:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Words of comfort and inspiration will be presented by Rev. Carol Sheffield. Burial will take place in Gordon, NE on October 20, 2007 at 10:00 AM.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
