Obituary of William SODERBERG

William Howard Soderberg, 70, passed away suddenly at his home in Lake Havasu City, AZ; on February 4, 2008. He was born on November 27, 1937 in Chicago, IL; to William Sr. and Louise Soderberg. Bill was the youngest of three children, including sisters, Lois Nuccio and Joyce Regner.In 1978 Bill moved his family to Anaheim, CA; where he worked and then retired from McDonnell Douglas. He retired to Lake Havasu City, AZ; in 1993. Bill enjoyed his many dear friends, boating, sports, and card games. In past years, Bill was a member of the Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge and Eagles. He also was a volunteer cook for the Eagles and Moose Lodge.Bill is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Nancy; daughters, Lois Gill and husband Mark of Clayton, CA; Lori Rule and husband Brian of Lake Havasu City, AZ; son, William "Will" Soderberg of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sister, Joyce Regner of Buckeye, AZ; and grandchildren, Steven, Ben, Katie and Ryan. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lois NuccioA Celebration of Bill's life will be scheduled for a later date.In lieu of flowers, his family has requested that donations be made in Bill's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
