Deborah "Debbie" Marie Schulz, 54, passed away on March 9, 2008 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Debbie was born on August 24, 1953 in Merced, California to Charles William Simon and Doris Marie "Brace" Anderson.Debbie worked as a Family Ombudsman, Trainer and Ombudsman Council Chairperson for 5 years for the U. S. Navy in N.A.S. Lemoore, California. She moved to Lake Havasu City from Lemoore, California five and a half years ago. Debbie was the past president of V.F.W. Post #9401 Ladies Auxiliary. She was a loving mother and wife.Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 18 years Donald Richard Schulz of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; step-father,Bobby Kennedy of Fresno, CA; son Joseph D. Garvin of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; daughters, Margaret A. Whitaker of Joplin, Missouri and Michaell K. Zimmerman of Tennessee, Illinois; brothers Michael G. Simons of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and Roger D. Kennedy of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; sister Elizabeth E. Haynie of Penscola, Florida and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Marie "Brace" Anderson and brother, Darrell Kennedy.A memorial service will be held by the Ladies Auxiliary of V.F.W.
