George E. Fite Jr., 66, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on June 3, 1941 in Memphis, TN; to George E. Fite and Dorothy P. (Schmidt) Fite.George moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 3 years ago from Round Lake, IL. He graduated from Parkrose High in Portland, OR; and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. George was a member of the Eagles Aerie 4299, American Legion Post 81, and International Union of Elevator Constructors Local #2. George loved his son very much and also loved his dogs. He enjoyed fishing, playing games, having a good time and had a knack for gardening. George loved working out at the gym and this was an important part of his life.George is survived by his son, George M.
