Obituary of Gregory Alan Davis

Gregory Alan Davis passed away at home in the arms of loved ones on October 8th, 2015 in Lake Havasu, AZ at the age of 61 from lung & brain cancer. Greg was born on April 23rd, 1954 in Brawley, Calif. to JC Davis & Betty Brewer. Greg enjoyed living in Arizona, California, Idaho, Nebraska & Montana. He loved the lake, camping, desert toys, working on vehicles and custom woodwork. Greg was the most caring, giving, kind & loving man - never mistreated anyone & was a father figure to many; always helping anyone in need no matter what it was. A self taught master of all trades; from building houses, vehicles, machinery to so much more. There wasn't anything that Greg couldn't fix. During this last year as he battled cancer he restored a '75 Fiat Spider. He never showed weakness throughout his battle. He was untouchable, fought hard and was so brave. A wise man, for many sought him out for support and advice. We cherished him and respected him greatly. A great sense of humor and always silly. Greg's grandchildren were the light of his life; he looked forward to every second that he could spend with them. Greg is survived by his mother, Betty Brewer; siblings, Randy Davis & Rick Davis; spouse, Jeanne Bacon; children, Joshua Davis, Adam (Linda) Davis & April (Trent) Bacon; former spouses', Donna Stutler & Julie Davis; children by marriage, Donnelle Davis, Trent Bacon & Haley (Marc) Lingard; grandchildren, Forrest, Tyler, Drew, Amanda, Summer, Rozlyn, Capri, Emery; & great-grandchild, Benjamin. He is preceded in death by his father, JC Davis & grandsons Carson & Conner. The memorial is at 12 o'clock Saturday, October 24th 2015 at Hilltop Community Church in LHC, AZ.
