JAMES "JIM" ALBERT FAIRBANKSJames "Jim" Albert Fairbanks, 68, passed away peacefully at his home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on April 24, 2008. He was born on August 29, 1939 in Buffalo, New York to George Albert Fairbanks and Louise Mae(Scanlon).Jim proudly served his country in the United States Marines, after which he joined the police force in Oceanside, California and then in Reno, Nevada retiring in 1994. He moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona five years ago from Kennerdell, Pennsylvania.Jim is survived by his loving wife Susan Fairbanks of Lake Havasu City; children Ronald Fairbanks (Susan) of Oceanside, California, Andrew Fairbanks (Kathryn Ann) of Vista, California, Natalie Fairbanks (Mario) of Reno, Nevada, Bobby Fairbanks of Reno, Nevada and SrA James A. Fairbanks Jr. USAF (Amanda) of Salt Lake City, Utah. He was loving grandfather to Matthew, Christopher, Allison, Andrea, Nelina and Tynan. He will be deeply missed by his family.In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Havasu in Jim's name at P.O.
