Obituary of Dewayne REIERSON

Dewayne "Dewey" Reierson passed away on Tuesday, May 6th, 2008 at Havasu Regional Medical Center, Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on December 15, 1943 in Long Prairie, MN. A successful business owner and entrepreneur, Dewey will be remembered as a brilliant businessman, loving husband and father, an inspirational leader and caring friend. He touched us all in so many ways and will be missed dearly. In 1987, Dewey founded a well-known and respected sales and marketing company in Santa Clara CA. DLR Sales, Inc. and Dewey were quickly regarded as icons and a powerhouse agency of his industry. Happily retired for the past six years in the high desert of Clarkdale AZ, he and his wife, Laura, enjoyed going to church, exploring the countryside in their RV, visiting with friends and family, and many other civic and faith volunteering activities.Dewey lost his long time battle from complications related to heart disease and is now with his family and friends in heaven. Although now gone from us on earth, his faith, energy and his exuberance for life will remain with us forever.Dewey is survived by his wife Laura Reierson; son Donald Reierson; step-children Ken Manrubia and Elisa Martin; sister Mary Reierson; grandchildren April and Ashley Martin, Shaun and Kai Manrubia.Memorial services will be held at St. Thomas of the Valley Episcopal Church in Clarkdale, AZ; on May 25, 2008 at noon and another memorial service will be held on June 29th at La Selva Community Church in La Selva Beach, CA.
