John Patrick Christensen, 52, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on February 15, 1956 in Waukesha, WI; to Thomas R. and Mary E. (Smyth) Christensen.John moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 11 months ago from Springfield, MO. He was an avid reader with a great sense of humor and a bit of the old blarney. John loved the outdoors, camping and fishing. "Here's to John catching some big ones with his dad". We will all miss him very much. John is survived by his son, Thomas John Christensen; daughters, Jennifer Ann Christensen, Mary Elizabeth Christensen; mother, Mary Elizabeth Christensen; brother, James Martin Christensen (Jeanne); sisters, Pamela Ann Schultz (Fred); Patricia Mary Spencer (Steve); grandson, Brennen Thomas Christensen; aunts, uncles, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.A Celebration of Life will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 1:00. Words of wisdom and inspiration will be presented by Father Chauncey Winkler. A reception will follow at the family home.Donations can be made in John's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
