Obituary of Theodore BRUMMOND

Theodore Wayne Brummond passed August 3, 2008 in Apple Valley, CA at the age of 67. He was born to Walter and Helen (Brown) Brummund on May 13, 1941 in Moscow, ID.Ted, as he was known to his family and friends married Diane E. Williams on April 28, 1984 and together they made Lake Havasu their home 4 years ago from Hayward, CA and Anchorage, AK. He was the number one engineer for the Alaska Railroad Corporation for 36 years. When he retired he worked at several small pubs in Hayward and also as a golf course marshal for Willow Park Golf Course. Ted was a life member of the Elks Lodge. He loved fishing, golfing and football.Ted leaves behind his loving wife and friend of 26 years, Diane E. Brummond of Lake Havasu; sons, Joseph (Kimberly) Brummund of Singapore and William (Rachel) Brummund of Vancouver, WA; grandchildren, Andrew, Garrett, Olivia and Nicholas and many other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents and many aunts and uncles.Services will he held Tuesday, August 12, 2008, 1:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Words of comfort and inspiration will be presented by Rev. Richard Rounds.
