Obituary of Esther SCOGGIN

Esther Louise (Paulsen) Scoggin passed away September 6, 2008 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 93. She was born to Walter and Dorothy (Nelson) Paulsen on January 8, 1915 in McNabb, IL.On January 11, 1936, Esther married her best friend Leo Francis Scoggin and together they made Arizona their home 26 years ago from Morton, IL moving to Lake Havasu six years later. She was a loving grandmother, who after raising her own children she had a big hand in raising four of her seven grandchildren. Esther and Leo also loved camping and boating after retiring from Caterpillar Tractor Company in Morton, IL. Esther really enjoyed being around her family who came first and foremost in her life.Esther leaves behind her beloved family, son, Robert Scoggin of Illinois; daughter, Louise Thompson of Ft. Mohave, AZ; brother Ralph Paulsen of Fresno, CA; seven grandchildren, including Mrs. Robert P. Leuck (Linda) and Mr. Lee Duay of Kingman, AZ; five great grandchildren, including Mrs. Kody Graham (Lindsy), and Lauren Winter and four great-great grandchildren, including Brandon and Brody Graham of Lake Havasu City, AZ.
