Obituary of Carl LAMA

Carl G. Lama, 74, a longtime resident of Lake Havasu City passed away peacefully on September 21, 2008 after a lengthy illness with his loving family by his side. He was born September 28, 1933 in Canton, OH to Oscar and Mary (Cory) Lama.Carl, along with his wife, Velma and their three children moved to Lake Havasu City 40 years ago from Ohio. He was a painting contractor for many years and owner of Lama Painting Co.Carl is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Velma; sons, Carl "Chip" (Gina) Lama and Curt Lama of Lake Havasu City; daughter, June (Carlos Miro) Lama-Miro of Mallorca, Spain; grandson, Dustin Lama; brother, Dean (Alice) Lama of Lake Havasu; sister, Margaret Salas of Canton, OH; brother-in-law, Bobby Gardiner of Massillon, OH, as well as many nieces and nephews.Carl's wishes were for no memorial services; therefore the family requests you share loving acts of kindness in his memory.
