Marshall Mattner Marvin, 76, passed away on October 21, 2008 at Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ. He was born on July 18, 1932 in Los Alamitos, CA; to Charles M. and Isabelle (Barrington) Marvin.Marshall moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 14 years ago from California and proudly served his country in the U. S. Army. Marshall enjoyed fishing and trips to Laughlin. He was a member of the American Legion, 55 year member of the Elks and a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Marshall is survived by his loving significant other of 28 years, Frances Butorac of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughter, Nancy Lopez of WA; grandchildren, Dana and Brent and his dogs, Baron Von Fletcher and Lady Kasha. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Marvin and he was the youngest of 6 children who preceded him in death, Rydell, Millard, Willard, Flower and Charolette.Visitation will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Monday, October 27, 2008 from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 a.m. Words of wisdom and inspiration will be said by Pastor Douglas Bock. Military honors will be presented by the V.F.W. Post 9401 and American Legion Post 81.
