Louisa Fielder, 91, of Lake Havasu City, died peacefully at home on November, 2, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Samuel and Anna (Rust) Engilman, on Dec. 13, 1916, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was one of nine children. Moving to Los Angeles, CA, with her family she met and married the late Harry L. Fielder; they were married 67 years. Living and working in Eagle Rock, CA, they raised three wonderful sons. Upon retirement, they moved to Juniper Hills, CA, where they owned and ran a crafts and framing store and eventually relocated to Lake Havasu City in 1983. Louisa is survived by her son, Gary Fielder of Lake Havasu City, son and daughter-in-law Joe and Vickey Fielder of Lake Havasu City, son and daughter-in-law Craig and Gina Fielder of Paso Robles, CA, and her brother, Jerry Engilman of Palmdale, CA. Louisa is also survived by her seven grandchildren: Julie Dale, Christie Boylston, Chance Fielder, David Fielder, Danae LaTrobe, Robert LaBelle and Matthew LaBelle, and eight great-grandchildren: Morgan, Skye, Summer, Casey, Jayden, Addison, Connor and Brennan. She also leaves behind a large extended family and her many friends. Her sweetness and upbeat attitude will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Handling difficult times with dignity and humor, Louisa has been an inspiration to us all. She loved unconditionally. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, Az. 86405 The Hospice staff was a wonderful support to Louisa and her family throughout this most difficult time.
