Obituary of Bonnie CLICK

Bonnie E. Click, 71, of Lake Havasu City passed away Nov. 9, 2008, at Hospice of the Valley, Gardiner Home in Phoenix, AZ. She was born June 23, 1937, in Baldwin Park, CA; to William and Mabel Humes (Chaplin).Bonnie grew up in Azusa, CA. She moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; in 2002 to be closer to her children and grandchildren. Bonnie was an active person with many friends. She was an active volunteer with the American Legion always willing to give her time and armed with a smile.Her family and acquaintances will miss her unselfish love. Bonnie was well known for her kind and generous spirit: She was well regarded by all who knew her. She was the greatest mother, grandma, mother-in-law, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed her life and helping anyone who needed help.Bonnie is survived by her mother, Mabel Durrell of Azusa, CA; three brothers, William Humes of Flat, MO; David Durrell of Azusa, CA; and Dennis Durrell (Noranne) ofNorth Fork, CA; two sons, Duane Click (Kim) of Lake Havasu City, AZ; and Ray Click (Lorie) of Layton, UT; daughter; Susan Click of Lake Havasu City, AZ; four grandchildren; Shannan, Kristin, Robert, Daniel; several nieces and nephews and one great-grandson due in February 2009. She also leaves behind her beloved pet for the last 14 years, Brandi. She was preceded in death by her father, Gleason Durrell her biological father, William Humes and her brother Roger Durrell.Memorial services will be held November 22, 2008 at 5pm at Lakeview Community Church, 1699.W. Acoma Blvd., Lake Havasu,City:AZ. Words of wisdom and inspiration will be expressed by Pastor Dale Ray.In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be sent to Hospice of the Valley "Gardiner Home" 1522 W.
