Cleo Ruth (Campbell) Fogle-Novak, 82, was born on January 2, 1926 in Hannibal, MO and passed away on December 26, 2008 in Lake Havasu City, AZ.After losing her first husband she settled in Southern California to raise her young family. Here she took much pride in the 30 years she was employed for the Santa Ana Unified School District. After her retirement in 1989, she moved to Lake Havasu City with her second husband to relax in the Arizona sunshine.She enjoyed girl scouting with her daughters, spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, doing crosswords and taking care of her husband. Together they thrived on feeding the desert wildlife and watching the Arizona sunsets.Cleo is survived by her two daughters, Mary Beth (Bruce) Hill and Janet Monson; her son Charles Fogle; two step daughters, Susan (Tom) Woodmansee and Carol Knight; six grandchildren, Shauna (Paul) , Aaron, Philip, Janelle, Lisa and Cheryl; two step-grandchildren, Brandon and Ashley; two great grandchildren, Spencer Roscoe and Paul Jr. "PJ"; one sister, Shirley (Michael) Moore; one brother, Gene (Dorthey) Campbell and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roscoe Leon Fogle in 1959; her second husband, Joseph Alvin Novak in 2007; her father, William Campbell in 1960; her mother Bessie (Phillips) Campbell-Gibson in 1996; her two sisters, Darlene (Bill) Graves and Janice (George) Foster and one grandson, Curtis Fogle.A visitation will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2008, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
