Aboim "Mark" Marques, 85, passed away on January 10, 2009 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on January 7, 1924 in Gouveia, Portugal to Antonio and Maria L. (Saraiva) Marques. Mark moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 18 years ago from Whittier, CA. He worked as a self employed automotive mechanic for the past 40 years. Mark was a member of the Elks Lodge and American Legion. He was an avid water skier, loved fishing with friends and was a big western movie fan. Mark was also a loving husband, father and a devoted friend.Mark is survived by his wife Margaret; daughter, Sandy Loguidice; step-daughter, Stephany A. McWilliams and husband Miles; brother, Antonio Marques; 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
