Obituary of Joey LIVELY

Joey Lively passed away Friday, January 23, 2009 in Lake Havasu City. He was born July 3, 1966, in Oxnard, California.He moved to Lake Havasu City in 1994 with his family from Oxnard.He loved the lake and riding his bikes and 4x4'ing in the desert with all of his good friends.He was a well loved husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by all.He is survived by his wife Kim, daughters Cortney and Kristin; grandchildren Cody, Emma, Kadyn and Kennah, all of Lake Havasu City; mother Carol (Joe) Fessenden of Grove, Oklahoma; brothers Jimmy Lively of Lake Havasu City and Jerry (Eddie) Lively of Reno, Nevada; grandfather Myron Jordahl; Uncle Bruce (Dianne) Jordahl; Aunt Lynda (Fred) Allen and many other family members.He was preceded in death by his father Jerry Lively and Grandmother Ann Jordahl.A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, January 29, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to Mohave State Bank Joey Lively Memorial Trust Account number 0489801013.Condolences and thoughts can be made to his family at www.1ietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
