Margot Elfriede Woodward passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2009 in Lake Havasu City, AZ; at the age of 74. She was born in Marienburg, Germany to Johann and Lotte (Freitag) Kobuschinski.Margot moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 13 years ago from La Verne, CA. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Norman Woodward of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sons, Daniel Alan Woodward and his wife Marie of Athol, ID; Don Michael Woodward and his fiancé Marlo of Pomona, CA; daughter, Christa Josephine Martin and her husband Steve of Graham, WA; brother, Horst Kobuschinski of Frankfurt, Germany and four grandchildren; Brita Martin, Nicholas Martin, Kyle Woodward and Lauren Woodward.A Celebration of Margot's life will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Words of wisdom and inspiration will be expressed by Rev. Richard Rounds.In lieu of flowers, her family has requested that donations be made in Margot's name to the Western Arizona Humane Society, 1100 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ. 86404 or the charity of their choice.Condolences and thoughts can be made to her family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
