Susan A. Braniger "Sue" passed away peacefully with her family by her side on March 13, 2009. She was a great supporter of many charities, including the Cancer Association of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Make a Wish Foundation, Center for Individuals with Disabilities (CID), Special Olympics and was a member of Calvary Chapel. Sue will always be remembered for her loving smile and the same answer "I'm doing fine". She never complained about her long bouts with her illness. Everybody Sue met became an instant friend. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother "Nanny" and will be deeply missed. Sue is survived by her mother, Mary Taggart and step-father, Wallace Taggart of Homeland, CA; husband of 38 years, Barry Braniger of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughters, Kristy Cacucciolo and husband Nick of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Kathy Simpson of Lake Havasu City, AZ; son, Butch Braniger and wife Tina of Lake Havasu City, AZ; brother, Jon Shultz and wife Jan of Eagle, ID. She was also blessed with 5 wonderful grandchildren, Chase Simpson, Shelbie Simpson, Nicolette Cacucciolo, Justin Cacucciolo, and Madison Braniger. Sue will also be missed by her mother-in-law, Marcy Davis of Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Shultz.Sue's strong belief in the Lord will help carry our family through these difficult times, knowing her eternal security lies with the Lord Jesus Christ. Funeral services will be held at the Lake Havasu Aquatic Center, located at 100 Park Ave, Lake Havasu City, AZ; (928-453-8686) on Friday, March 20, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Words of wisdom and inspiration will be expressed by Pastor Ray Carter.The family has requested in lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
