Thelma Lee Faulkner, 48, passed away on April 15, 2009 in Kingman, AZ. She was born on June 23, 1960 in Espanola, NM; to Victor Arnold and Lois Oneda (Carden) Faulkner.Thelma moved to Kingman, AZ; 29 years ago from Albuquerque, NM. She worked as the court administrator of Mohave County as well as working in the juvenile court system in Maricopa County. Thelma held a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She was active in Masonic Adult and Youth groups most of her life. Thelma is survived by her brothers, Jerry Faulkner of Bosque Farms, NM; Lewis "Skeeter" Faulkner of Espanola, NM; Larry Faulkner of Dallas, TX; sisters, L. Victoria Rice of Camp Verde, AZ; and Judy Gunn of Avondale, AZ; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.A Celebrations of Thelma's life will be held at the First Southern Baptist Church of Avondale on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.Donations can be made in her dogs name, Bandit to the Arizona Humane Society, Attn: The Development Dept. , 1521 W.
