Obituary of Paul David Ontiveros
Please share a memory of Paul to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
On January 12, 2014, Paul David Ontiveros was called away from his temporary home to be with the Lord. He was born February 27, 1983 in Orange, California to Arthur and Linda Ontiveros.
Paul David moved to Lake Havasu City in 1989, where he attended elementary, middle and high school, eventually graduating Lake Havasu High School in 2001. He continued his education at Mohave Community College and at The University of Arizona in Tucson. Paul had a passion for science, especially psychology and medicine. He was always intrigued about the way the mind and body worked.
Paul was the most genuine of people. He truly cared about and appreciated his family, often saying thanks and offering praise for even the slightest gesture. No matter how bad of a day he was having, when you asked him how he was doing, he would always respond "Great, how about you?" He would light up the room with his charm and his laugh would make you instantly smile.
Paul is survived by his loving parents, Arthur and Linda Ontiveros; sisters Phyllis (Ron) Fogelsong, Denise (Danny) Leonard; brothers Allen (Lisa) Ontiveros, Eric Ontiveros; uncles David (Tecla) Ontiveros, Al Aguinagua, Armando (Cecilia) Aguinagua, Fred (Brit) Aguinagua; aunts Shirley Sacheli, Donna Dianetti, Connie Cochrane, Mary (Jerry) Grippo, Angela Nasca; as well as numerous other loving cousins and relatives. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Paul Joseph and Frances Dianetti, grandparents Enrique and Erminia Ontiveros; uncles Henry Ontiveros and Paul Dianetti.
A Rosary Prayer will be held at 10:30 am, followed by a Memorial Mass at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church Friday, January 17th, 2014 at 11:00 am, with Father Chauncey Winkler officiating. He will be laid to rest at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens immediately following the service.
