Obituary of Robert PALMER

Robert B. Palmer, 87, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2009, peacefully in his sleep. He was born on June 26, 1921 in Chicago, IL; to Roy and Elizabeth (Beach) Palmer.Robert and his wife Eileen retired to Lake Havasu City, AZ; in 1986. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp. Robert was a member of the Moose Lodge, B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge, Eagles Aerie #4299 and served as an active member of his community. He also was a volunteer of the Chamber of Commerce Visitors Information Center and Vice President of the Computer Club. His hobbies included computers, wood working and photography. Robert was a loving and social man who really loved life and despite many obstacles, he lived it to the fullest. He was a wonderful father and loving husband, who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.Robert is survived by his wife of 45 years, Eileen Palmer; son, Floyd (Phyllis); daughters, Donna (Randi); and Sandra (John); grandchildren, Jennifer, Domini and John Robert, Carly and Joey.
