IOLA MAE WARDIola Mae Ward 91, passed away on June 24, 2009 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born on August 16, 1917 in Burney, Indiana to Lloyd and Mae (Champ) Pumphrey.Iola was a homemaker, raising a son. She enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church.Iola is survived by her son David Face and grandson Nathan; she had 4 brothers and 1 sister and nieces Ruth Offutt and Carol Theobald.A memorial service will be held on Thursday July 2, 2009 at 6:00 PM at First Southern Baptist Church with Deacon Leroy Smith officiating.Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
