Obituary of Robert JONES

Robert Cecil Jones passed away July 7, 2009 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 76. He was born to Ervin and Helen (Brown) Jones on April 29, 1933 in Tulsa, OK.In 1976, Robert started his business, Jones Precision Auto in Lake Havasu. Prior to that, he owned a Mobil Gas Station in Cathedral City, CA. Everyone in Lake Havasu called him "Jonesy". He loved to go fishing, boating camping and hunting. Robert especially loved his dogs.Robert leaves behind his beloved wife of 54 years, Anita Jones of Lake Havasu; son, Craig Jones of Lake Havasu; daughter, Kathryn Hamilton and her husband Scott of Laguna Beach, CA and four grandchildren, Derrick Jones, Jimmie Jones, Macey Jones and Jade Hamilton.Services to be announced at a later date.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert's name to the Western Arizona Humane Society, 1100 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
