William James Brown passed away September 15, 2009 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 81. He was born to Arthur and Dasey (Richards) Brown on December 23, 1927 in Monterey Park, CA.William married his beloved bride Frances on March 14, 1953. He made Lake Havasu his home 19 years ago from Los Angeles, CA where he was a route driver for the Los Angeles Times for several years. William was a very giving person. He loved football; his favorite team was the USC Trojans.He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances.
