Pamela Victoria Scott passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at the age of 63. She was born on July 18, 1946 in New York City, NY; to Victor and Josephine (Drnek) Appleby.Pamela and her husband, Rochell, moved from San Carlos, CA; to Lake Havasu City, 9 years ago and were members of the B.P.O Elks # 2399. Pamela is survived by her husband, Rochell of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughters, Shelley Scott of Belmont, CA; Nicole Scott of San Carlos, CA; mother, Josephine Appleby of Pacifica, CA; brother, Gregory Appleby of Benicia, CA; and sister, Debra Dolan of Pacifica, CA. A memorial service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Rev.
