Vibeke "Vee" J. Hoffmann, 86, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on February 23, 1923 in Denmark.Vee moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 4 1/2 years ago from California. She loved collecting dolls, gardeningtraveling and her favorite holiday was Christmas.Vee is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Nielsen of Santa Ana, CA; Loren Nielsen and wife Connie of Huntington Beach, CA; daughter, Ellen Bridges and husband Wray; brother, Howard Weirum of Ohio; sister, Dora Tomkins of Ventura, CA; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Heinz Hoffmann of 21 years in April 2005. Vee will be dearly missed by her family and cat, Missy.Interment will take place at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA. Donations can be made in Vee's name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
