Les was like a big brother to me. In fact, he was 4 months younger than my sister Betty Mondschein, who passed away in October 2013. They knew each other many years. Les showed so much compassion toward me after my sister's death and to this day. I will miss him. I send my condolences to Jo Black and his daughters. Les Galst was a unique person. Jo, words cannot convey how sad I am to learn of Les' passing. I first met Les back in the 1970s when I joined the Theatre Guild. He was an extraordinary man, and a lot of people benefited from his generosity. He made a very big difference in the lives of the less fortunate in Lake Havasu City with the founding of New Horizons. He was the best ambassador this city ever had and he will be missed. Katy

RIP in Les. Condolences to the family. Les rented my family our first home in 1972, he waived deposit, knowing we could not afford them all at one time. Took payments until paid off. He will always have a soft spot in my heart. God speed Les
