Charles "Charlie" Michael Biancone, 59, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2009 at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on December 3, 1949 in Portland, OR; to John and Barbara J. (Stipe) Biancone.Charlie moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 4 years ago from Portland, OR. For years having a home in Lake Havasu City, AZ; was a dream that he was able to achieve with his wife Melissa. They loved sharing this amazing place with their family and friends, cruising the lake. Charlie owned and operated his own jewelry store in Washington and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was also a member of the V.F.W. Post 9401.Charlie is survived by his loving wife, Melissa Anne Biancone; son, Jon Michael Engelgau of Portland, OR; daughters, Tamara Biancone and Tory Engelgau both of Portland, OR; brother, Thomas Biancone of Portland, OR; and 9 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Biancone, parents, and grandparents, Vincencia and Amedeo Biancone and Charles and Veta Stipe all of Portland, Oregon.Condolences and thoughts can be made to his family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
