Melinda Jane Willingham, 45, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2010 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on February 6, 1964 in Anderson, IN; to William and Anna (Meyer) Cogswell.Melinda was a wonderful stay at home mom. She moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 27 years ago from Anaheim, CA.Melinda is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Walter Willingham; son, Garrett Willingham; daughter, Amanda Willingham; father, William Cogswell all of Lake Havasu City, AZ; brother, Dave Cogswell and wife Teresa of Edmund, OK; sister, Angie Autry and husband Don of Mt. Baldy, CA; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna and grandmother, Veronika Meyer.Funeral services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Friday, January 22, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Words of comfort in inspiration will be expressed by Larry Feist.Condolences and thoughts can be made to her family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
