Mavis Ione Lovins passed away on Sunday January 24, 2010 in Lake Havasu City at the age of 90. Mavis was born on October 9, 1919 in San Diego, Ca. to Ed and Talitha (Rollberg) Cooper.Mavis moved to Lake Havasu City 18 years ago from Covina, Ca. She was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church. She also enjoyed china painting, knitting and crocheting.Mavis is survived by her son Kenneth Robert Lovins and his wife Sheri of Lake Havasu City; daughter Susan Cummings and her husband Michael also of Lake Havasu City; brother Ed Cooper of San Diego, Ca.; sister Bonnie Cusack and her husband Jim of San Diego, Ca.; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lovins.Crypt side services will be held at Cypress View Mausoleum and Mortuary in San Diego, CA; on Monday February 1, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 1029 E. McDowell Rd.
