Maureen Elizabeth Shadwick passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2010 in Lake Havasu City, AZ; at the age of 62. She was born on March l, 1947 in Milford, CT; to Lewis and Viola (Coret) Elliott.Maureen, or "Mo" as she was affectionately known to her family and friends, had acertain zest for life. She enjoyed going to the casino's trying her luck at gambling,camping trips to the mine, traveling, cooking, flopping in the Jacuzzi, cuddling with hershihtzu's, Buddy and Vera Wang, but most of importantly she cherished her time withfamily and friends.Prior to moving to Lake Havasu City, AZ; in 1990, Mo lived in the Beverly Hills area,where she worked as an operator for an answering service. She then moved to YuccaValley, CA; where she worked as a disc jockey for 2 years in Twenty-nine Palms, CA.Mo moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; and began working for Tri State Restoration, a jobshe held for 10 years. She then went to work for Alliance Restoration for 3 years andspent the last 7 years with Frontier Adjusters, as the office manager.Mo is survived by her husband of 16 years, Mark Shadwick of Lake Havasu City, AZ;daughter, Jennifer Carson of Santa Monica, CA; sons, Tom Carson of Los Angeles, CA;David Carson and Nick Carson; father-in-law, Bill Shadwick and his wife Barbara;mother-in-law, Janis Kemp; brother-in-law, Matthew Shadwick; sister-in-law, CrystalLowe and husband Dan and her extended family, too numerous to mention.A celebration of Mo's life will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 1605 S.
