James "Jim" Edward Milligan passed away on April 15, 2010 in Lake Havasu City, AZ., at the age of 71. Jim was born on December 3, 1938 in Oklahoma City, OK., to Bruce and Cleo (Tillerson) Milligan. Jim is a self employed trucker and moved to Lake Havasu City 7 years ago. Jim attended Lakeview Community Church. He was a great husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather.Jim is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Patty of Lake Havasu City; sons Lloyd Vinson, Jimmy Milligan; daughter, Tamie Milligan; brother, Sandy Milligan; sister Shirley Hopkins; grandchildren Luke Vinson, Lonni Vinson, Llayne Vinson, Chris Brafford, Ryan Brafford, Zackery Brafford, Kyle Brafford, Cody Milligan, Jodi Milligan; great- granddaughter, Loriann Vinson.
